Offline Maildir browsing

Hi,

After archiving some mailboxes on the servers at work I'd like to make them available as read only directly off our storage server without having to serve them through accounts.

I did find http://sourceforge.net/projects/mbox-viewer/ but it doesn't seem to support the Maildir format we use.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately we don't have Outlook either!

Just a thought, is there a Thunderbird plugin for Maildir browsing? that would be ideal.
