Offset voltage + max voltage limit?

Hey all,

My board allows me to have two settings, offset voltage which adjusts it automatically and reduces it depending on the load but I saw it reach 1.42v with my 4.6GHz overclock :O

If I change it manually to 1.32v, the overclock is stable and it doesn't go above 1.32v, which is good. The only problem is, is that if you change the option to manual, the board doesn't reduce the voltage when at idle. This means I am getting 1.6GHz at idle (Speedstep) but the voltage stays at 1.32v.

Is there anyway I can change the settings so it hits 1.32v at load (4.6GHz) but reduce to say 1.0v when idle (1.6GHz)?

Didn't effect it. Still says 1.32v in CPU-z

you leave the voltage on normal then dial in the offset, well i do on my asus p67

Oh, I have the UEFI Bios. It looks a lot different to that
