Problem Booting, PC Switches Off and Back On

Right, finished plugging everything in and wiring it all up, and basically when I turn the machine on everything seems to turn on (fans, drives), there is what I think is a beep (could be something getting moved by a fan or something) and then it switches off. And then switches its self back on, fans all light up and you can open the drive, but nothing displays on the monitor.

Are pretty much my specs, I'm running the heatsink without the fan as I think the fanclips might be slightly broken as they don't seem to fit right.

Could you describe the beep a bit better?

Id say your graphics card might need reseating. Theres no ram in your spec list, if you use 2 sticks try using only one, if that doesnt work use the other one!

But first off go the the graphics

=D

Right, thanks for stating the obvious, when something you've ust paid £1k for is acting up it really messes up your head. Seems one of the sticks of RAM is broke, running with 1GB just now and installing Vista, so hopefully that's the only problem.
