Im pretty sure the survey uses data collated from the various Goverments, pretty valid if the analysis of it is correct.

well the UK isn't a particularly fantastic place in which to live, and it never has been
it's not terrible by any means, but it's certainly not anywhere near the best in the world

also bear in mind that the EIU index was in 2005, which is quite a long time ago now

I have a good management team I trust and I a computer with a 25MB connection. Not much you can't do with that arrangement.
