Oh my

So what's the actual main bulk of the car/chassis? Surely a bit dodgy putting it up as a "DB9 with Celica engine" if it is actually just a Celica wearing a pushup bra, fake eyelashes and stilettos?

At £20k the reserve isn't met. I think that's a little optimistic as you can get a real one for £40k. Still, one of the more convincing replicas I've seen.

Dash is out of gt4 celica. Panels look wonky on closeups. Corner lights alone probably cost more than car underneath. Very odd idea.

It's missing 2/3rds of the engine.

Pretty convincing at first glance, even if the fit is a bit wonky. It's not a DB9 tho, so I've reported the auction.

Description : "Aston Martin DB9 - (with 1995 TOYOTA CELICA GT 2.0 engine)"
Category : "Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles > Classic Cars > Aston Martin"

It's not an Aston Martin DB9. Registration document will list it as a Toyota Celica.
Description does not state it's a replica.
It's not in the Toyota section.

This auction is for an Aston Martin DB9 replica

...and it is in the Toyota section...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Classic-C...n=r1&_dmpt=Automobiles_UK&Manufacturer=Toyota

...and the item specifics list it as a Celica.

Really no grounds to report the auction, unless it's for bad taste :p

If anyone buys that thinking it's an actual DB9 then, tbh, good luck to them.

What should be reported is the vast numbers of parts listed in the wrong category, it's just annoying. I can't remember a specific example but if I'm looking at e.g. a car, I don't want that category to be hijacked by car parts when there's a perfectly good category next door for that
