Hello Guys & Girls,

To get straight to the point I'm in desperate need of a new monitor as after selling my previous rig almost 2 years ago (Including my dell 22inch IPS monitor) I'm back to using a 19 inch, 8 year old Digimate LCD that while trusty is seriously lacking in most departments...

Okay, so now for the details... I have a budget of £350, but out of that I would also like to get a Steelseries 7G Gaming Mechanical Keyboard (64018)

I will sacrifice the board for the right monitor though, oh and if it helps my current set up is in my sig.

Thank you,

Just upgraded to ASUS 7850 2gb v2 (great price from OC) and a S23A750D.

OMG its perfect!

120hz in 2D is 100% spot on, re-loaded a few old games like far cry 2 and black ops, all settings on Max and I have no problems.

At 23" its not the largest in the world but i found one for £230 so i will not be complaining.

3D is great fun, had to install the full version of TriDef after installing bundled version to get the best out of everything. Games look fantastic, aiming is weird but hey, far more realistic. Films, 3D SBS downloads look great, just normal 2D films are also good. No extra software needed, screen can convert but with full version of TriDef look even better.

The moniror switches to 3D/2D perfectly, glasses react and turn off automatically (good job, battery powered).

I have seen reviews which say the 'buttons' on the front need pressing hard, this is not true for me, they are touch sensitive, my cat pressed the 3d option with its nose!

Sorry, long post, but i would recomend the s23a750d, just as long as you have a Displayport gfx card.
