Oh noes.... 1.6 MBPS. which isp?

I've moved house and have gone from right near the exchange at 7.6mbps to miles away.
My new neighbours have told me the connection speed is a paltry 1.6 mbps.
I need around 20gb per month and abviosly don't want this throttled at all.

So any recomendations on isp?

the cheapest one. unless your neighbour has poor internal wiring, there probably isnt much that can be done

I'd stay clear of 'cheap' tbh, you'd really put yourself through the pain of tiscali, talktalk or orange?
