Oh noes Haswell 4770K only gets 7.8 on Windows Inex Score! What gives?

I am shocked, nae appalled at what my peepers had to experience upon the semi completion of my new build. (nearly built apart from side panels, roof, and making do with stock intel cooler, and a keyboard with a not very responsive D button ).

After the usual validation I run the index score, and what the... The 4770K only scores 7.8, not 7.9?

What a let down! 4 out of 5 are 7.9, and after years of looking at substandard mechanical HDD scores dragging down the team, on this build it is the one the rest were looking up to, my CPU

What gives?

Oh come on guys, the only reason anyone buys all this hardware is to have a bigger Windows Index Score! I only had 7.1 on my old CPU if I remember correct, 7.2 on GPU, just had to upgrade, couldn't even converse in public about PC's with scores like that! I would have been shunned and a social outcast!
