Ohme charger issues

Not sure if anyone knows anything about ohme e-pod chargers I've recently had one fitted and only charges at 3.8kw .I've contacted installer and not responded to calls or text so any help would be great ohme are saying it's a ct clamp issue and get installer to check but 2 weeks now and no replies just blatantly ignoring me ..

Is your car definitely capable of charging at 7kw?

Firat car I plugged in (BMW 330e) could only pull 3.8kw

Ohme charger issues

Hi all Having issues with a ohme charger only charges at 3.8kw not 7.4 ohme are saying it's a ct clamp fault but just wondering if it can be used without it???
