ok figure this out please poss virus on 3 diff comps

hi guys

i just cant work this out can you

knowing a bit about comps a few lads at work ask me questions but i have had this in a week and i have a lappy here with same prob


person 1 his comp goes to boot up then just resets to the options page asking to boot using normal config or whatever no matter what u choose it just goes back to that


person 2 and 3 are the same


person 4 whos lappy i have does the same but i can just catch a blue screen inbetween and can see the words BOOT_VOLUME


i think the h/d may have gone on it but what about the other 3 ?

it looks as though the boot sectors on all the PC's need repaired.
Boot from the CD Choose "R" at the first screen the type fixboot at the command promt. if that does not work the try typing fixmbr. It may be worth doing a chkdsk, ttry typing chkdsk /r and see what happens
