Ok... I have Cd/dvd (dont need blue ray yet)
Have case
have 600 w Psu
Finally i have 300gb 7200 hard drive.

So from the stuff I going to buy would you change anything?

yup. That graphic card is complete overkill for the rest of the system. Waste of money especially on a 22"... Get a HD4870 maybe the 1GB version if you really want. More importantly though, what model is your current 600W power supply?

Why are you going for the phenom II X3? If you want to go AM3 you might as well get an X4, otherwise save money and go AM2. Or atleast get the black edition for the extra £10.

Personally I'd also get rid of the amBX premium kit and buy some decent speakers or headphones... but thats your personal choice.

Definately check your PSU though, just because it's 600W doesn't mean it'll do what you want it to.
 
Imo, the gfx card IS NOT overkill, so go for the 4870x2 for a gaming rig.
If you can get x4 for a little extra then definately get it!
 
going x3 as higher clock, also nothing really uses 4 cores (games any way)

graphics? hmm thought would be good to play cyrsis etc high graphics and as only getting for gaming seemed best choice? as am planning to overclock.

600w is 4 year old thermaltake psu? think true power it says but would need to check
 
4870 x2 is not overkill come this time next year it will be needed, if the monitor is a 22inch be best to have 1920x1080 for the card.

dont need 1 with intergrated graphics? is there better one?

I'm sorry, but I'm standing by my statement that the 4870x2 is overkill for what he is getting.

OK on a 24"+ and if hes running DX10 with AA8+ the latest games then it would be worth it, but as it is he's not. And he won't notice enough difference between the 4870x2 and a 4870 1GB to warrant the cost.

And more to the point. Still nothing mentioned about the power supply?
