Im trying to write out my CV although mine seems to differ from a lot of people's

My layout is

Personal details
Educational Qualifications
Employment History
Achievements (What would be acceptable to place in here)
Hobbies & Interests

What is the section called where i need to say what im good at? at where does it go?

Probably belofore Achievements.

Skills needs to be one of the first things. If they have lots of applicants. Skills will be the first thing they look at and if yours don't match theres it'll be in the bin.
