Ok i need some music like...

Basically, i'm feeling pretty down and am after some quiet, relaxing tracks to take away from all the heavy stuff i have been hammering into myself.

Stuff i'm currently like that i want similar would be things like.
Bloc party - Bluestlight
Gorillaz - El Manana (this especially)
Some of the quieter elliott songs like twilight and say yes
Some Death cab for cutie

And generally things would appear depressing or ambient ?

Any suggestions ?

Beautiful Freak by The Eels would be pretty nice.

I'd also recommend some Cat Stevens as his music always makes me feel better when I'm down.
