Looks good to me, although I believe AMD are slashing some prices on A64 + X2 CPU's mid July.

Also, have a look at the Seagate 7200.10 HDD's ... they are probably the best HDD's out atm (bar the raptors)

Also what motherboard are you going for? And 3200 Ram would be ok, you can always run a divider, but the system would benefit from that Mushkin Ram I believe :)
 
ooo don't think i can hold out till then!!! ooooooo >.<, i've been using a p3 450mhz for ages, board stiff cant play or do jack on it!! cept listen to music and surf the net >.< ye i checked out that drive dude, but it bumps up the price abit, and still high right now in total of that spec

EDIT: the motherboard is an Asus A8n Sli Premium and all going into a Cm Stacker

Generally looks good, should be a nice rig. Only i personally i would get the HIS ICEQ X1900XT on offer instead of the 7900GTX. Also pc3200 ram will be fine for overclocking, just use a divider.
