recommend me a gfx card :)

budget 130 quid tops

whats available either new or second hand?

If you could scrape £20 more together you could get the Connect3D ATI Radeon X1800 XT 256MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express), nothing is going to come close to that in your range :)

Failing that you should be able to get a 7800GTX/7900GT or X1800XT second hand in the MM.

whats the difference between the st and the GTO?

oh and is the 512 worth the extra 50 quid?

what if mr visa whispers in my ear go on you've got a good bonus this month 200 would be ok :)

Connect3D ATI Radeon X1900 XT 512MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI

£205 on this week only

A good performance boost over the X1800XT 256Mb plus twice the memory :)

i love how this has went from a 100 quid card to double that

you are all little devils sitting on my shoulder urging me to melt my visa :)

any other suggestions whilst i'm at it :)

opty 146

Bonus! X1900XT or X1800XT then :D Don't even think about AGP.

Power wise, a good 400W+ PSU would run either card fine if you don't have lots of hdds/optical drives etc.
