If you could scrape £20 more together you could get the Connect3D ATI Radeon X1800 XT 256MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express), nothing is going to come close to that in your range

Failing that you should be able to get a 7800GTX/7900GT or X1800XT second hand in the MM.

Oooh does your card have to be AGP or PCI-E?

Bonus! X1900XT or X1800XT then Don't even think about AGP.

Power wise, a good 400W+ PSU would run either card fine if you don't have lots of hdds/optical drives etc.
