You don't need any patches. Only need the amd patch if there are problems, usually it will just make things worse. If it aint broke don't fix it
For example, I needed to install it as I'm running a virtual machine. Strange things happen without it.

The 133 divider not working it quite annoying - I've got this problem too, but on an epox mobo...just locks up as soon as xp loads instantly.
A common problem. My expert/geil love it though. On a 125 divider now for 3ghz. Will be pushing it at some point.
