It was left outside the Stroud constituency office with a derogatory note for MP Siobhan Baillie.

Shouldn't this be considered a chemical attack?

It might be possible to track the person who sent it as surely it had to be posted at the post office?

only if they had a madras the night before, otherwise it could be seen as a free donation of agritcultural supplies, especially considering the ever spiralling prices of fertiliser..................
