Hi- again

Ok so been digging further and I have found more out about my curent PC

It is as follows

E5500 2.8
4gb Ram
Win 7 Pro 32bit - modded to run 3.5gb ram
GTX660
Some fijitsu motherboard -
Esprimo 2500 MicroATX Fijitsu case
2x 21 inch screens
Rat v3 Mouse
Comfy slim soft touch Fijitsu case

So this leads me to some questions that I can't seem to find the answer for

1 - With a budget of say £500-650, what sort of upgrade can I do. Thinking I need OS, CPU, MoBo, Ram, SSD and maybe PSU (Ideally pentium cause I do online gaming) and some cooling

2 - My Current 180gb hard drive has my games / os / office on it - Ideally I want to keep these excluding the OS and use this drive as a storage unit and put the games and the new os on a SSD if it can be fitted in budget. But how do I go about this? its currently partioned as well which I don't mind to be fair but I want to keep some stuff thats there but not everything

3 - Cooling. I currently run side off with (don't laugh) a peice of very very fine gauze like material over the side to keep temps really low and dust out sort of. would adding a AIO liquid cooler and cutting a hole in the roof for a rad be benifical? My uncle is a tin basher so thats not a issue though the time for him to do it could be - so maybe front mounted would be better but then were do the HD's go?

All Advice is greatly recived - and I realise I have asked for build advice before, I'm just trying to get the right way forward for me fiscaly wise and the more I can save from this build the better

Can't seem to get any better then what I have already found above so far myself - other then changing the OS to Win 8.1 for a few quid savings
