Ok so I overclocked my 5960x now it wont boot error code BF or 00

Ok so I tweaked my overclock on my 5960x the other day. Ran some prime 95 it worked absolutely fine all temps around 75 to 80c.
Got my memory running at 3000mhz from the xmp settings.

Used it all day Sunday without any issues.

Tonight I come to use my PC and it just won't boot.

I've tried the safe boot option from my rampage 5 but it doesnt boot. It displays code BF on the led on the motherboard and turns off after about a minute.

I've tried using the bios option to switch bios and it just displays code 00 on that bios selection.

I've tried just running 1 stick of memory incase that's failed.

I'm at a complete loss as to what maybe the issue.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Pull out the motherboard battery and psu lead and leave it for about half hour then put them back on and see if a bios reset works.
