Ok, heres the issue.
Mates upgrade: original spec

Asrock P67 pro3
2600K @ 4.6GHz 1.34v level 3
Radeon 4870 - kept the old card until he could afford a new one
Audigy 2 ZS
Vertex 2E 120gb
500Gb WD Blue
8GB G.Skill Ripjaw 1600 CL7 @ 1.59v ( stable at 1.575 so gave it a little more)
Corsair HX620
Silver Arrow

6 days ago i added:
2 1Tb Samsung F3
Radeon 6950 MSI Twinfrozr 3

Since then, its BSOD Code 124 twice in prime95 within 4hrs and BSOD in LINX as well, sometimes even after 30 runs.

Have given it 1.35v and tried 1.605v memory but problem persists, memtest passes no problem, haven't tried the old gpu, but this rig was a prime 48hr 200 LINX stable rig before.. any ideas? The HX620 should not break a sweat imo.. i DID notice the Audigy lost its drivers when i put the radeon in, maybe i'll change pci slots or something.. lol. Temps aren't bad at all at 67C on the hottest core before reboot.

Maybe just maybe the psu isn't upto the job for it? How old is the psu? I would doubt it's a compatibility issue and if worse comes to worse, try a fresh install?

PSU is about 1yr old, not a 24/7 machine as well. Hoping its a driver issue or something lol, took out the audigy and testing.

Hmm doesn't the new AMD GPU drivers come with a HDMI Audio driver that could possibly be conflicting with your Audigy card? Worth looking into i spose.

This could be one thing or a mixture of things.
The first thing to do is to uninstall ALL the ATI drivers, then run driver cleaner in safe mode to clear out all the ATI remnants.
Reboot and install the latest ATI drivers for your gfx, but check the box for the HDMI audio driver so that it isn't installed.
The above may well do the trick, if not get back to us.
