Ok, this is weird, CPU frequency dropping and stutter

I get the same problem, theres a hotfix for windows but you've gotta ring Microsoft to get your hands on it.

After an hour of WoW (the only game to give weird jittering and lag) the patch works for me!

Dont mean to Hijack your thread or anything but im getting the same lag and im wondering if this patch is avilable for Windows XP x64 Edition?
