Ok to run speaker cables 30m?

My amp is in the loft and would like to use Zone2 for my speakers downstairs.

Would be about 30m in length, would that work?

Your have some losses in the cables but I doubt it would be anything to worry about. I'd be more concerned about heat in the summer months and how versatile the zone 2 output on that amp actually is (or isn't as is usually the case)

I wouldn't worry about it, the fact that you are considering this setup says you are not looking for audiophile levels of performance so you won't be bothered about any losses from the cables.

go for 4mm squared OFC cable minimum and you should be okay. hopefully they are easy to drive speakers too.
