Ok, whats going on?

Evening all

Really strange thing happening here, basically attempting to watch a google video crashs my pc. The screen goes black as if it's gone into standby and i cant get out of it without turning off my pc.

Am i right in thinking this is software related?

Anybody got any clues?

Right, i've found the source of the problem - Adobe Flash player.

When i uninstalled this, it didnt crash, although it didn't play anything.

edit: Crash's in both Opera and IE

Have you tried using the new version of Flash Player 9.

edit: Are you sure your cpu overclock and memory is stable?

Yep tried the latest flash. My CPU is stable, as i left it folding last night so thats about 10hours of load, and it's fine this morning. Ram is at 196mhz~ so that should be fine aswell

I am guessing you are streaming the video from the internet on your browser. It could be your browser. What browser do you use? :confused:

It does the same thing in both Opera and IE 6

I'm sure you've tried it but remove any flash things completely and maybe even uninstall the browsers, then reinstall the browsers then the flash player things.
