Just rejoined the world of console gaming, and my missus wants a
game that was preloaded on our old premium. It was the one with the coloured balls
that you had to make a hexagon and the middle would explode.

Can anyone tell me what this is called please :) and if you can still dload it.

Would that be Hexic HD? If so, don't know of a way to get it anymore if it isn't pre-installed. Think if you used to have it you could contact MS Support and get a redeem code to download it again.

It's not great but thankfully I i've managed to transfer it across 3 consoles :)
 
thats the one. are MS support helpful as im struggling to retrieve my old gamertag.

The will give you a download code but they have to get someone to call back with the code....which they did with me within 24 hours.
 
Yup, you have to contact Microsoft Support and ask them for the download code, they will ask you for the serial number of the Xbox.

And don't forget UNO! ;)
 
They have just told me i cant recover my orginal gamer tag or any info as the tag
wasn't linked to a live ID :(

Ah well looks like ill have to start from scratch again :(

I accidentally deleted Hexic about a year ago, phoned up and they read out a code that I could enter to re-download it. Much fun as the guy was French (e.g. g as in John, e as in insect :o). No idea if they still do it, but I don't see why not, give them a call!
 
Once you have re-downloaded Hexic it'll appear in your download history so you can download it again anytime you need to.
