Hi
Desperate for some help on this one. Trying to sort out my mates internet over the phone with him but he has basic computer knowledge and i think he has done something wrong within the hub and put in a un-known ip address for it, hence i cant get him to access it.
Connecting via USB is out as he doesn't have the driver, knowledge or internet to download a driver.
The hub is this one http://www.telephonesonline.co.uk/_images/products/BT_HUB_L.jpg

Is there a was to do a factory reset on it? There are no reset buttons that he can see but i know there are two wireless association buttons on the side of it.
Any help on getting into this is appreciated.

Probably a Homehub 0.5... I think they were some sort of beta test for the actual hubs that came out. The "wireless association" button kind of gives me an idea of this, but I couldn't be sure. If it is some sort of primitive Homehub, try holding one of the WA buttons in for 10 seconds and see if that resets it (similar to the Homehub 1.0).

I think you power it up whilst holding one of the 2 buttons in. I have one, not used it in a while (they sent me white ones then a black one) I can experiment on it, if you wish ?

That's very helpful of you. Problem I'm having as much as the hub is I'm not sure if its the hubs not resetting or if its the user to doing properly .
