This console is a keyoard which plugs into the tv, on the side of the keyboard theres a entry for floppy disks. theres a joystick with it in black with a 1 red button. anyone know the name of it?

Is it a beige type colour ?

Sounds a bit like an Amiga or an ST to me, although that should be rather obvious as it would have its name on it.

There's a lot of computers (let's not call them consoles tsk tsk!) that could match the description of having a keyboard, a disk drive and a port for a joystick to connect to.

From the top of my head:

8-bit machines:

ZX Spectrum +3
Amstrad CPC 646
Amstrad 6128
Sam Coupé

16/32 bit machines:

Amiga (umpteen models)
Atari ST (umpteen models)
Atari Falcon
Acorn A3000 (and later)

Come of it, who the hell who still have one of those things :p

things? THINGS? Cheeky blighter! I've got 4 or 5 of them at the moment, and know an awful lot of people who have them! (Although as I still produce stuff for them i'm in the position to know a lot of folk with them!)

(BTW Danny - have you downloaded the two GRAW2 Throwback packs now they are free?)

Yes... you did say you had stalked me and checked out my website :o ;)

I checked earlier on the marketplace and they were both free so set them to download... not fired them up yet to wander around, but Fishing Village was one of the maps from what I remember when they were first announced. (size wise, can't remember exactly >200meg for the first pack, and >500 meg for the second)
