My hand me down rig had an E3-1270 4 core 5/10 year old CPU with a 2070s scored 5000 ish in the heaven bench, upgraded it to a B550 mobo and my old 3700x cpu same 2070s...new score...? 5300. My son who plays fortnight on it cannot tell the difference...neither can I to be honest
Also cyberpunk...been playing it on my 4090 with ray tracing off...switched it on...kids couldnt tell the difference...to be honest I wasnt sure I could either...its is smother sort of and you do notice it a bit of u look for it but the game play/enjoyment if it wasnt there...would you notice?

Just a few observations thats all, the second now B550/3700x/2070s vs the old xeon set up the kids use they cant tell the difference when playing, I cant tell the difference with it on fortnite, it will run cyberpunk but all the effects have to be off, to be honest it plays fine, but obviously on the 4090 machine you have raytracing etc etc and yeah it does look amazing but you still get as much fun out of it on the lower spec machine...if your 9 all you want to do is run people over with a car and laugh your head off, they dont laugh any harder on the 4090 machine, but I can see the light bouce of bodies beautifully as they bounce off the bonnet.

Pity I didnt do the test ljt mentioned before I rebuilt it that would have been interesting
