Hi, recently i have noticed mark on the screen as on the photo, can you please tell me what is it and is it repairable?

Can't really tell from the photo; is it just a mark on the outside that a damp cloth would remove?

If it's a failed backlight, then it's almost certainly not worth the effort/cost to get it repaired unless it's within warranty.
