old emails keep d/loading in outlook express

hi guys can anyone explain why when i click outlook express my emails are d/loaded again and i end up with multipile emails , all copies of the last ?

Try Tools menu, select accounts, select your mail account then select properties, go to advanced tab, then make sure 'leave a copy of messages on server' is unchecked.
other than that, i've no idea
