Old games remade to work with modern OS's

Hi,
does anyone remember the site that was posted here a while ago (still in beta) where they take old games and remake them to work on windows xp and vista?

This company has done a few, including a re-build of the superb 1999 Rally Championship:

There's a ton more I would love to see rebuilt, particularly some of the 90's flight sims such as EF2000 and Longbow 2.

this wasn't a freebie site

It was in the beta stages so you couldnt actually buy anything yet but they had titles like populous and fallout
They worked out how to get old games like that working on a modern os and sold is as such
