So I inherited a set of old Sonos speakers, play 1, 3 and 5s which seem to be legacy and only work with the older sonos app (on android and IOS devices)
The problem is after starting playback (using Spotify) within seconds the music stops and an error message says the connection was lost.
Pairing alexa with the system also results in the same drop in connection. It's worth noting that the speakers all have a wired ethernet connection, so I don't think the actual network connection is the problem...
Any ideas?
