Any one with old habits that aren't really necessary when dealing with PC parts?
For instance:
I still start from DIMM 1 (on non DC boards, DC is another matter)
I still use the Optical drive Audio cable though its not really needed with digital enabled
I still don't really use a wallpaper though i know it dosen't really drain anything like it would've back in the day (wayy back)
I still to this day look for jumpers on PCI cards etc..
I still look for jumpers or DIP switches on brand new motherboards
Still look for those 3 keys on the DIMM slot sometimes after all this time..
Future prediction, i might be looking for PATA and even maybe floppy controllers on the mobo..
Have found myself thinking WTF wheres the damn AGP? then i remember theres none anymore on most new boards.
Few times with LGA775 boards i've almost flipped that i got a dud cpu with no pins, then duh..
