old IE browser

Hi

We have an old camera connected to our network and I need to change some settings in it. The problem is that the camera web interface only works with very old versions of IE. It would need to be whatever was the current version of IE 10 years ago. What is the best way of getting an old IE working on Win 10?

Install a VM solution. Install Windows 7 from a DVD. It will come with an older version of IE.
Even if you could source an installer for older versions of IE online officialy(i dont think you can). You cannot trust an un-official source and the chances of it installing on win10 are slim to none.

You could try using Edge's emulation mode. Open Edge, press F12 to bring up developer tools, last tab is "Emulation", select Internet Explorer 8 (thats the oldest one). Worth a go.

I would try compatibility mode too, I think it displays pages as if they were in IE7. This can be enabled just for the single site.
