Hi,
I have a old JVC hi fi CA-S60RBK. Dont laugh! I have always fancied buy a record desk for it but never got round to it.

it says in the manual phono right and left for a record player. its says the record desk needs to be a MM cartridge type player only.

Found this one on Amazon but have no idea if it will work or what cables to use pls help

That TT has a built-in phono pre-amp. If it can be switched off or bypassed then it can be connected to your JVCs Phono input sockets.

If for some reason the TT pre-amp isn't switchable, then you might still be able to connect it to the JVC if there's a spare line level input. They're usually marked up as the non-specific AUX as a general multipurpose input, but could equally be labelled CDR, VCR, MD, Game etc. They're just different names of whatever might have been trending at the time.

1.5mm cross sectional area (CSA) will be sufficient for up to a 15m run. Get something all copper, and NOT copper coated aluminium (CCA) or CC Steel (CCS).

Kabledirect usually has decent prices. Look on the jungle place.
