Old monitor giving up the ghost

Hello all,
Hope you're well.

I think my hardware is trying to tell me something at the moment...
My Asus 27" 4K monitor (pb287q i think) has just developed a dark corner so assuming the backlight is starting to go bad...

I was having a look at 27" 1440p or 4k monitors... VESA mount, integrated speakers.
the MSI MAG series looks pretty good but I don't think they have speakers built in. Do the kind folks on this forum have any suggestions?

Had 2/3 BenQ monitors over the years and never had an issue with any of them.

Not used that particular model but the ones I’ve owned have been of decent build quality

Buy a monitor of your choice then buy speakers
