Old Ntlworld Customers & Email

Guys

I allways used to go here - http://webmail.ntlworld.com/ to get my email ... Used to use outlook too but have given up recentley after Virgin seem to be changing thing ...

Now i cant evan get onto my email anymore, the only way is through my iphone. What am i doing wrong ?

First off, double check that you are giving it a full email address in the username, they used to allow simple usernames which is now being phased out.

Seeing as you have had the cable account with a previous regional provider before everything settled into Virgin Media then it is more than likely that it hasn't survived the migration to the new system.
Unfortunately you will need to contact virgin media tech support to get it sorted.
