Old or New AV Receiver

I know someone who's selling a Yamaha DSP-A1 (1998) gold I have a budget of between £100-£200 would I be better of going old, or picking up a cheap Yamaha RXV367 (seen for about £140) & denon 1909 (av forum second hand £160)

Foobar with ASIO -using AR94 that a friend refurbished before he got AR90s, the DSP-A1 in question has not had the front display fixed.
