The PC was working 2 weeks ago until i took the HDD out of it.

I have now put my HDD into it and everytime it gets to the windows logo it will restart?

Ive tested the ram both by taking out 1 at a time and by memtest.

Ive tried last known config and re plugged everything back in.

The 3 options i have now is the PSU, MOBO/CPU or the HDD.

Im not gonna wipe this HDD and try a new install as i know it works.

The MB green light comes on so i know its getting enough juice.

Another problem is monitor wont come on sometimes so it could be the graphics card?

I can try test another card tomoz to see if thats the problem but it worked fine like 2 weeks ago which is why im muffed?

Ive chkdsk /f but no problems.

try running an ubuntu live CD, this should tell you if its a hardware or OS based issue, if the cd runs up ok then just do a fresh windows install
