Old picture editing program - Please help determine!

Basically a few years ago I used a problem like adobe photoshop etc but not as complicated.

I have totally forgotten what it’s called but ill try my best to describe it.

I’m pretty sure it was a program that was closely related to windows 2000, and was maybe on the add on CD or something?

It was extremely easy to use, I really can’t think what it is, throw anything at me and it may jog my memory.

Thats my guess too. It was part of office 2000. Its a very nice little program for doing decent looking graphics without having to learn anything difficult. I still use it now.
