There was this game many years ago now that I played it was an above view shooter much like the Killzone liberation for PSP, You had a walker that could turn into a car can anyone remember what it was called?

No wasn't loaded its similar type but you was some Mech walker type thing that could turn into a police car

A great overhead mech game from back in the day was Bedlam, now that was class.
