Hi,

My PS2 is bust and my Pro Evo game is stuck inside the drive.

It turns on, but there is no dislpay output and the eject button does not work.

How can I manually eject the drive?

Thanx.

Unless there is a more technical way of getting the tray out ;)

lol thanks,

I was thinking maybe there was a manual eject, like how you can use a paper clip on PC drives.

Oh well, the PS2 is broke anyways.......

If you can manage to pry the DVD panel off, you can force the tray out by inserting something thin and sturdy under the tray and moving from left to right. But if its totally broke already you might as well break out a screwdriver... or just go 'Hulk smash!' :D

It is only about 8 screws on the bottom of the old style PS2's and the DVD drive is not covered iirc, so should be easy enough to get out.

Yep if you take out the 8 screws from the bottom of the PS2, and then turn it over, there is a plastic cover that covers the PS2 drive tray (has 4 screws holding it on iirc) remove that and theres your disk :)
