Old PSU messing about.

I've used my old OCZ GameXstream 600w to test my watercooling loop several days ago. One pump and 2 fans.

Today i'm assembling radiator/fan setups, try to test - fail upon connecting second fan. Can only run one fan at a time. As soon as second one gets connected PSU cuts out.

PSU is ATX jumpered (green and black wires).

I've written before about this PSU screwing about, but didnt try anything low load like this.

Any electrical engineers out there ? any ideas if i can fix it myself ?

P.S. Old thread involving this exact same PSU...

I have 4 identical fans (SilverStone AP141's).
All of them work. Tested separately. As soon as i connect any 2 of them - psu cuts out.

However, justbefore this whole "cutting out" started to happen, i tested ALL fans on, using 5v, 7v and 12v cables. All of them worked together and any voltage. So i went and installed them onto rads, decided to test one last time - psu started cutting out... There is about 30min gap in between tests...

I would be tempted to try something with at least double the load than the fans you are using, something with an amp or 2. Seems odd, unless its totally banjaxed.

Hooked up old ide hdd. And all 4 fans. It started. ONCE. Couldn't restart afterwards...
Wtf is going on ?

It was unplugged from the wall for an hour or so. It would do that before, when it ran my old e6600/q6600 machine.
When it starts, it runs. But if it wont, it just wont...
