old Rig Psu upto the job????

Hi all now building a VR ready rig will my old Coolermaster pro 850 "RS-850-EMBA" be good to run this lot?????

Asus Z170 Maximus Hero VIII
Skylake i7 6700K @ 4.6Ghz
Corsair Vengeance 16Gb @ 3200Mhz
Asus 980Ti Strix DC3 OC
Samsung 950 Pro 256GB M.2 PCI-e 3.0 x4
Crucial MX100 256GB SATA
360mm asetek liquid Cooled

Although it's rather old now it has 768w across quad 12v rails, even taking into effect component aging it should still comfotably power that lot.

Thanks for your reply I thought it would be OK was reading a few old reviews last night that said it could run 1000w as its been over engineered!!!! But being so old thought I better make sure
