was round at my mates earlier and he's building a new track toy,
now the nugget has a lovely old civic Gl twin carb which i had to blag for a wee shot(seeing as the missus had one about 5 year ago)
damn i forgot how much fun these lil wheezy 1400's could be,
every raves on about the B16's(which he's fitting into his, Fool)
Now after a bit of crotch moistening i'm on the hunt for a GL.
dirt cheap insurance totally unique and whilst not a vtec it was as rev happy as i remember wifeys to be.
sorry for the gibbering post but just wondering if anyone else had one of these unusual relics in the past or currently.
and before you all laugh and say pah silly lil 1400 civic noob this was the TWIN CARB version, bin the air box and it is the best sound you will get imho on any car.
although a tad slow for some of you at 9 seconds to sixty once you bin a few bits of trim and get it breathing rite it happily dips into 8's although not like the 7 seconds that the 1600 and the 1600 vtec will hit. but damn i loved that thing so much and i want one again
