Hi, basically we have just replaced one of the 1st sky boxes (panasonic) with a newer Thompson one. However on the movies channel it says 'this is the incorrect card' but it works on sky1 etc.
So I rang up and they said they will pair the card with the box or something. I thought they would ask me to put the card that came with the thompson box in and transfer the subscription to that but they told me to put the old card in... anyway 4hrs later i still couldn't get movies!
The 2 cards are identical apart from the chip is slightly smaller on the newer card. Are they telling me to do the right thing or not?
