well the time has come where my old 5200 AMD is getting a bit over worked (it's now not only a file server but a media server and a web server + i use it to encode/decode dvd's)

I'm thinking of getting a better heat sink as i can then clock it (so i can stave off having to get a Phenom II)

The PC/server is on 24/7 and is about 4 foot away from my bed so the cooler will need to be quiet...
good now and for the Phenom II
connect to the CPU fan socket so IT can control the fan speed NOT ME (sorry for the caps but i've seen sooo many fans that come with a control that i just want the mobo to do the work)
fit a ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe board

Is this an order to tall ?!?!?
