Just re-built my system with some old components and a new PSU, did a basic OC based on what I remember running some time back, and wondering if FSB;DRAM is fine?

CPU core temps are 44 idle.
CPU is at 3Ghz 12.5x240Mhz with fsb at 960Mhz.
Memory is at 200Mhz with an FSB;DRAM of 6;5 at 2.5/3/2/5 2T 2.5v

I have ram settings on auto within Bios, as I think this mobo was a poor OC'er, but with teh below spec and PSU I am wondering if the above settings sounds fine?

Gigabyte GZ-X1 case
Asrock 4CoreDual Sata2 mobo
Intel E5200 (stock cooler may fit AF7 later)
Corsair XMS Pro PC3500LL 2x1Gb
HIS IceQ 3850 512mb AGP graphics
M-Audio 2496 soundcard
Samsung IDE Superwritemaster DVD drive
Samsung F1? 640Gb HDD
WD Green 1.5Tb HDD
3 120mm case fans one of which is a Scythe Kama Bay
Corsair HX450W modular PSU
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
