Older RAM

Would PC133 RAM work in a PC with pc 100 RAM? both SDRAM,

asi have an old pc in the garage, and was given pc133 ram, thinking it would be ok, i slotted the 133 ram in now pc wont bot, i take the 133 ram out and it does boot. any ideas?

ok thats good news, however when i take the pc100 out, and put the pc133 in, it doesnt boot, will try again to make sure it was in properly.
