Not sure if anyone has done this but might be worth requesting this directly to MS.

Maybe create the ability to reposition RGB like 3 monitors can be dragged around in desktop properties. Then you just have to find the subpixel layout for your monitor.
But make MS aware this is a problem, maybe they'll do something..
