Olympic Opening Ceremony

Not bad, but then again I appreciate what we have done for the world and the impact our tiny country has had on just about every aspect of life as we know it.

Those with the mental capacity of a grapefruit may find what's on TV beyond them.

it's not bad but it's looking back to a time when we were great and essentially saying a far better country.

get with the present! gb has held an olympics before and these events had happened before that!

Do we get a cameo appearance of Thatcher symbolically blowing up all the chimneys and the steel? As well as a bunch of riot police tackling all the workers and miners? :p

There's a lot of symbolism I don't get, not enough women jumping about and no where near enough fireworks!!

Feel like Millhouse waiting for itchy, scratchy and poochy to get to the fireworks factory.

Sorta reminds me of lord of the rings, started out at the hobbits place, now in isengard or whatever casting rings. Well, plus morris dancers and dancing men in top hats.
